Class booking and admission guidelines
Customers can book 8 days in advance for online bookings or 7 days in advance if booking via reception.
Members must visit reception to record their attendance for all classes/activities on every occasion, unless informed differently by the specific site.
Please remember to cancel your class/activity if you cannot attend. Cancellations may be done through your on-line booking portal. East Riding Leisure offers a service which is both efficient and fair to all. If you fail to attend your activity/class for more than 3 times in a 30 day rolling period, you may lose your privilege of advanced bookings for a 30 day period.
The minimum cancellation times are listed below:
Exercise classes – 2 hrs notice required
Activities i.e. squash/badminton/five a side – 4 hrs notice.
Customers can book 7 days in advance for online bookings and 6 days in advance if booking via reception. Payment must be made on booking.

East Riding Leisure centres have a cancellation policy in place. In the event you cannot make the booking, we require a minimum of two hours notice for an exercise class and 4 hrs for an activity booking e.g. Badminton/squash. Failure to cancel in this timeframe will result in a loss of payment.
Cancellations for non-members must be done via reception.
Exercise Class – Late Attendance
Safe and effective professional exercise classes require a warm up. Please arrive on time for classes; if you are late you may be refused entry.
Exercise Class – Age Restrictions
Most classes (with the exception of those which include the use of weights) are suitable for 14 years upwards, this is at the discretion of the fitness coach.
