What is it?
Indoor cycling is a high-intensity team cycling experience. An extremely motivating yet easy to follow class, that’s also a great cardio workout, perfect for burning fat. The routines are designed to simulate different terrain situations encountered in actual bicycle rides, including hill climbs, sprints, interval training and coasting downhill.
East Riding Leisure offers three different levels of class: Discovery, Progression and Inspiration. Each class increases in difficulty.
What Indoor Cycling class is right for me?
Discovery. This class is designed for newcomers and is appropriate for all levels of fitness from complete beginner to experienced cyclists.
Progession. This class takes a step-up in difficulty and cardio work. Increasing the bikes resistance, the session includes more sprints and simulated hill climbs.
Inspiration. Our most intense work out for more experienced riders looking for a more challenging workout.
A motivating group class that allows you to do the amount of cardio work that’s right for your body. Classes are lead by enthusiastic instructors with invigorating music. There are no complicated moves to learn in indoor cycling, making it the perfect activity for both experienced and beginner riders.
