Customer Forum
The Customer Forum at Francis Scaife Sports Centre has been in operation since July 1999 to provide a method of communication for regular customers and user groups of the Leisure Centre, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Sports and Leisure Management. The Forum gives customers and user groups the opportunity to:
Provide feedback on the running of the Leisure Centre
Discuss any recurring problems
Suggest ways in which the Centre can be developed
Discuss customer survey results and reports
Discuss and review prices and charges
Francis Scaife can use the Forum to update customers and user groups about current developments and future plans related to the facilities. The forum meets four times a year on a quarterly basis, with a member of the Management team chairing the meeting. Forum members have the opportunity to have items for discussion added to the agenda or they can raise topics for discussion during the meeting. Any customer can join the forum and attend any meeting.
